Eli Liedman is the Vice President of Development for Lexin Capital. In this role, he is primarily responsible for the company’s overall development management, development budgets and schedules, design team selection and coordination, contractor and subcontractor selection and management, and day-to-day operations oversight.
Mr. Liedman brings more than 15 years of industry experience to Lexin. He has worked in both luxury and affordable-housing development, including ground-up construction, renovations, and conversions; the rezoning of a seven-acre neighborhood in the New York City Metropolitan area; and heavy civil infrastructure construction. He also is an Adjunct at New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
Mr. Liedman holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Columbia University.
