Joel Weinberg

Joel Weinberg joined Lexin Capital in 2017 as Vice President and is based in New York. His primary responsibilities include sourcing and underwriting new investment opportunities as well as commercial leasing. Joel has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience with various positions at DTZ, Meridian Capital and Norman Bobrow & Co.

Joel holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development from New York University Schack Institute of Real Estate and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from New York University Stern School of Business.
