Equalia

Office, Paris France

In March 2010 Lexin acquired in partnership with Nexity, a leading fully integrated French real estate group, an 18,000 square meters (200,000 sf) office building located on the bank of river Seine in Alfortville, in southeastern Paris. The eight story property has been named Equalia and features a striking contemporary façade and high quality finishes. In addition to the office space above ground, it has a two-level underground garage for 300 cars.
Alfortville and four neighboring communes form Seine Amont, a continuation of ZAC “Paris Rive Gauche,” known for concentration of financial and insurance companies. Seine Amont benefits from its proximity to Périphérique beltway (Paris ring road), and A4, A86 and A6 motorways. It is also well served by the public transportation: RER suburban train network, the Metro and a number of bus lines. The increasingly popular submarket boasts convenient links to other national and international destinations thanks to the port in Bonneuil-sur-Marne (2nd largest harbor in the Paris region), Novatrans terminal in Valenton (France’s first multimodal platform) and Orly Airport (France’s 2nd largest airport).
