Lexin acquired 200,000 square meters of waterfront land in Bodrum in 2006 and started to perform preliminary design and development to build a world-class resort comprising a five-star hotel and luxury villas that target at affluent local and foreign buyers.
Bodrum is one of Turkey’s most popular resorts and a major tourist attraction due to its great weather, beautiful coastline and a plethora of proximate sites of historical importance and natural beauty.

After the major zoning entitlements were received for the development plans, Lexin successfully sold this property to a Turkish developer in early 2008.
